Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound marketing functions strategy development, competitive assessment, product roadmaps, master pricing, promotion, demand generation increasing awareness and preference - Overseeing the implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, management of new and existing product lines and PR - Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies - Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition - Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution - Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels Candidate Competencies: - MBA Marketing from good B Schools with 6-8 years of management experience (FMCGs preferred) - Marketing knowledge and channel management experience are highly desired - Confident, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated - Team leadership and collaboration - Attention to detail and pursuit for excellence - Excellent Written and Spoken English
