- Conceptualize innovative marketing programs that deliver against the Bank brand and/or product objectives
- Deploy content marketing strategies to promote Treasury Research publications
- Plan and deliver on a mix of marketing channels - event management, webinars, lead generation campaigns, content marketing, digital marketing, etc. to create awareness, deepen engagement and establish the Bank Global Market's thought leadership in the respective businesses.
- Drive Retail Forex business and enhance customer experience through marketing activities with twin objective of brand visibility and revenue increase through online channels
- Partner with key internal marketing and other cross-functional teams to build and develop strategic marketing solutions, aligning to corporate priorities for Global Markets business unit of the Bank
- Collaborate with key external agencies and partners to develop co-marketing initiatives that drive product objectives while building and ensuring brand integrity
- Working closely with Digital Marketing team to conceptualise ROI based online campaigns to target segmented base based on behaviour and demographics
- Conducting market surveys to define target audience using quantitative analytics tools, track NPS and other key influencing factors
- Build suitable marketing alliances with non-conflict third parties and industry bodies to enhance lead generation and client engagement
- Maintain timely detailed MIS, reports and dashboards of activities, analysis & insights for senior management
- Organise internal team engagement activities.
- Run acquisition, retention & activation programmes through targetted ATL, BTL & digital marketing initiatives.
- Understand the broader business needs and sales objectives, translating into marketing led objectives - to take initiatives in giving marketing support to business groups within GMG.
- Tracking of set goals & measurements to ensure marketing initiatives exceed set targets.
- Ensure brand, compliance, legal & other relevant guidelines are met for creative development, taking all necessary approvals for each
- Maintain tracker for marketing spends & allocation of budgets based on business requirements.
- Own vendor empanelment & vendor management across event agencies, creative & production houses, printing houses, media houses, etc.
- Explore opportunities around Machine learning, Predictive analytics, webinars, live streaming, viral videos, influence marketing, AR and Content Aggregators
