How You'll Make An Impact
Responsible for the strategic deployment of marketing campaigns to generate demand in India for the company.
What will you do?
- Responsible for achieving financial and market success in the region and providing region-level line-of-sight visibility (local pulse) to the various business groups.
- Be the voice of the customer and voice of sales into the commercial teams (product and commercial Directors).
- Manage Indian market performance gap-to-close analysis and corrective actions as required in conjunction with sales, marketing and portfolio leadership team.
- Perform detailed analysis and routine reporting on Marketing business performance (i.e. revenue, unit/solution actual sales to forecast, campaign implementation status and results)
- Segment Campaigns and New Product Launches
- Responsible for collaborating with Vertical Managers and Portfolio teams on the adaption of global campaigns and local focus programs to drive demand through execution
- Responsible for working with Product Managers on new product introduction/ launch execution and deployment plan, including country level PR, local web content and local activities to support launch
- Marketing Team Management
- Managing and developing a high performance team with a customer first approach.
- Marketing team organizational design, recruitment, training, setting of reasonable and specific performance objectives that aligns to the overall strategy.
- Leadership and Cross Business Collaboration
- Participate as an active member of the Marketing leadership team
- Partner closely with Sales, to co-ordinate and plan key process, events and campaigns.
- Achievement of Targets
- Consistent tracking and analysis of market performance
How will you get here?
Education :
- Bachelors/Masters' Degree in sales, marketing or business management. (Engineering Graduates Preferred)
Experience :
- Successful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with others. Proficient in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, market and research information/data.
- Excellent analytical, communications both oral and written, and project management skills
