Job Description:

- Apply marketing automation best practices to nurture new leads - activities include, but not limited to, enhancing profile data, lead scoring, and lead routing.

- Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop lead scoring standards and lead routing rules.

- Collaborate with internal Product Marketing Managers to understand the objectives of product line specific marketing campaigns.

- Advise campaign leaders of best practices about marketing automation capabilities to achieve agreed upon objectives.

- Management of the internal email calendar to minimize list fatigue.

- Work with internal departments and resources to ensure seamless business processes and enhancements related to the Marketing Automation Platform.

- Research trends and technologies to improve email performance.

- Determine and align operational procedures relevant to the campaign.

- Provide status reports to Global Knowledge and vendors (if required) describing activities, consisting of the following: status of activities and resources used since the last update provided by Contractor to Global Knowledge; in a format, frequency and form required by Global Knowledge.

- Create a pre-launch checklist.

- Provide campaign workflow design and management support through the campaign lifecycle limited to making configuration changes to the campaign tool to suit the evolving campaign conditions.

- Provide campaign management platform administration support such as configuration support and user set-up through the campaign lifecycle.
