- Dashboard & MI to track key business performance metrics
- Contribute to growth, usage and retention strategies for HSBC InvestDirect customer portfolio
- Deliver value to the internal product teams
- Customer Management Retention and Behaviour Analysis
- Acquisition of New Customers
- Support to different teams with analytical tools
- Building the analytical setup for InvestDirect
- Knowledge sharing within the marketing teams
- Leverage inputs from different teams

- Life cycle management/ Acquisition strategies
Experience / Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics having 4-8 years of experience in handling Analytics into Marketing
Analytics using SAS as a tool.
- Experience in Marketing Analytics and using SAS is mandatory. Should be working as a AM / Manager
in a reputed MNC.
