Work hands on and provide thought leadership to both clients and internal stakeholders 4. Develop product and accelerator strategy for CXM practice at Tredence 5. Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients You have: 1. At least 7 yrs. of working experience in Customer Analytics, Customer Experience and Marketing Analytics related project 2. Tackled problems in Experience Management, Journey Analytics, Personalization, Marketing Measurement, Cookie-less Marketing, Digital Conversion Rate Optimization etc., 3. Know-how of MarTech and Digital Experience products 4. Experience with any Web Analytics tool like Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud etc. 5. Knowledge of Tag Management Solutions and troubleshooting analytics implementation - Adobe Launch or GA360/GA4 Implementation experience 6. Experience in applying ML Machine Learning techniques like Regression, Clustering, Design of Experiments, and Market mix modelling 7. Expertise with concepts related to testing and maintaining models in production such as A/B testing, retraining, monitoring model performance 8. Proficient in SQL, R and/or Python
