The Manager - Marketing will be responsible for implementing and monitoring marketing strategies to drive the business forward. This individual will work closely with the Marketing leadership team and the business development teams in the US, UK, and India to achieve business objectives. This individual will play a key role in the execution, analysis, and measurement of marketing campaigns and plans globally. This individual will effectively influence, align, and collaborate with key functions, particularly Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal. Responsibilities : - Marketing Plan and Accountability - Work with stakeholders to create and manage project plans with clearly defined ROI, deliverables and resources - Coordinate workstreams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed. - Support stakeholders in the development of an ROI focused omnichannel marketing plan to increase customer acquisition and retention - Analyze current marketing initiatives and assist key business partners to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and marketing automation programs as well as the potential for improvement - Develop a go-to-market calendar in consultation with the key stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to all tasks and timelines as defined in the calendar. - Manage execution of the content calendar and implement strategies to drive engagement from the key target audience Data Ownership : - Compile and present reports during weekly management meetings. - Assist with data cleanliness and merge like records, - Cleanse, enrich, and upload prospect lists from various events - Build smart lists in Pardot to aid in geographic and account-based marketing efforts - Maintain Pardot database quality, ensure GDPR / CASL compliance Collateral and Compliance : - Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with the organizations branding guidelines - Support development of sales toolkit and other key documents such as the newsletter, event and campaign collateral, website, presentations, media adverts for businesses. - Support in the management and maintenance of the organization's website.
