Job Profile:

- Responsible for review and approval of product programs and credit policies for Two wheeler/vehicle loans

- Review and monitoring of Application score cards / Risk models for the two wheeler/vehicle Product

- Monitor and deep dive into portfolio analysis of Business Loans and initiate necessary risk actions as and when required

- Manage Risk related regulatory interactions with various committees and authorities

- Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the bank

- Manage regulatory, statutory and internal audits

- Oversee various Board policies, their renewal and governance

- Develop early warning risk signals mechanism to have early triggers in place for unexpected events

- Keep track on macro-economic developments and incorporate the same in business strategies

- Provide guidance to business teams to align business processes with overall bank strategies

- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the team
