1. Ability to summarize agency presentations into executive summaries and put across a product strategy way forward

2. Manage agency and research insights databases and Carry out Secondary market Intelligence activities and prepare reports from time to time

3. Help develop the Automotive and Cross-industry reference pool of experts and enthusiasts

4. Helping the Head Research in creating Projects dashboard-Providing scheduled updates to the research head

5. Directing the downstream research managers- Managing individual research managers for process adherence, time plan finalization and tracking time plan

6. Managing internal Interfaces- Manage Accounts &Finance for Financial closure and MIS, manage vehicle logistics with Engineering Project teams, manage Kick-off meetings and FW visit plans

7. Counseling research managers for document to manage agencies effectively, so that they can successfully achieve following activities

a. Draft research design, ensure agency & proposal finalization, Engage agencies to draft and to revise proposals

b. Techno -commercial evaluation, draft agreements

c. Ensure Research interaction documents are well prepared

d. Oversee fieldwork, Control project expenditure, Process agency payments

e. Prepare toplines, Enable agency to summarize the research output
