Position Duties:

- Lead the Global Research Team of 40 people for Hospitality Cloud

- Be the Business Owner for all the Research Projects and coordinate across all stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Technology for a seamless flow of process and communication

- Continuously innovate and automate processes to increase the efficiency

- Mentor, develop and motivate Team

- Develop the leadership of the People Managers

- Identify and initiate newer Research Projects with a direct impact on the business

- Drive the customer satisfaction rate by delivering high quality and meeting all timelines

- Evaluate and share feedback with the Team on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

- Initiate Motivation programs for the Team

- Do monthly pulse checks to gather feedback from the Team; build & execute action items to resolve issues

- Build the KPIs for the Team and guide them to meet the required

- Build and present the Business Goals for Research

- Run multiple reports identifying the scope of improvisation of the projects and suggest corrective actions

- Run the ROI of the research projects and share with Management and other related business units

- Review and monitor the database health; suggest and execute the growth plan

Candidate Requirements: 

- Minimum 10 years of total experience in B2B Marketing field, excellent exposure to Secondary Research and should be a People's Manager for not less than 5 years

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and under strict timelines

- Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint presentation

- Has hands-on experience with complex project management adhering to the SLAs

- Has been a Team Player

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute with precision

- Pro with his Reporting skills in using CRM Tools like Sales Force

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

- Fair exposure to Project Management Tools and an understanding of the Hospitality Industry will be considered an added advantage

- Education: MBA
