Insights Domain Skills:

- Business Brief & proposal Design: Clarity of understanding of the Key Client Questions and Ability to transform the briefs into winning to a research/analytics-based solution, Pitching Proposal to client leadership teams

- Research Instruments: Deploy right research solutions ensuring actionability for clients, expertise in managing tracks, creative evaluations, Consumer Segmentation, pricing research etc.

- Vendor Management: Managing internal stakeholders to ensure a win-win, solutioning for internal partners business/execution challenges through creative thinking

- Analysis: Understanding & application of relevant tools & techniques (Regression, Conjoint (CBC, ACBC, MBC), Segmentation Models, Appreciation of Ensemble Algorithms on Research data), working knowledge of SPSS, Excel Pivots etc., working knowledge on SPSS, Excel Pivots

- Presentation: Aesthetically pleasing & Story based insights communication, ensuring client actions on the research/Analytical outputs through de-jargonized client deliverables

Client Management :

- In-depth Understanding of Client's Markets/Brands: need to have an in-depth understanding of clients- business, for value additions through the research/analytics life cycle

- Relationship Building: Able to build strong professional linkages becoming a go to person for client's insights asks

- Business Generation: Excellence in project deliverables ensuring up-sell and cross-sell with the existing set of clients

Business Management:

- Revenue Management: increasing revenue from existing clients, developing new clients, exploring new avenues of business opportunities (products, syndicated research, new markets), ensure revenue and margins targets are met for the team

People Management:

- Resource Management: planning manpower, efficient deployment of manpower, developing win-win suppliers- relationships

- Coach & Mentor Team Members

Specific Qualifications :

- Minimum qualification will be MBA from a reputed institute

- Broad work experience across various sectors (B2C & B2B) like FMCG, IT, Telecom, BFSI, Auto, Cement, Paint, etc.
