Position: Market Access & Pricing Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Co)
Role:
- The incumbent will identify and select new market opportunities towards achieving company objectives, by understanding market trends and introduce new products and help shape market trends
- Integrate knowledge/ data on key elements, analyze data and generate key insights around health economics in assigned therapy areas and identify opportunities to improve customer effectiveness
- Responsible for access, pricing and reimbursement/tender strategy
- Development and support of access initiatives in collaboration with Medical, Marketing and Sales, etc.
- Develop and evaluate innovative pricing models
- Maintain an overview of all tender activities and ensure consistency of pricing approach. Advise sales colleagues in tenders and propose pricing
Requirements:
- MBA (Marketing)
- 5-9 yrs of experience in Pharma with past experience in market access
- Should have experience on innovative pricing models in Pharma
- Good knowledge of Pharma Industry and health economics
- Good knowledge of marketing tools and techniques as well as statistical/ mathematical analysis tools
