Manager - Manufacturing Excellence - FMCG

Manufacturing Excellence Manager-Global

- We are hiring for a Global MNC in the FMCG space, people with experience in performance improvement, continuous improvement, manufacturing excellence and operations excellence.

- An ideal candidate would be somebody who has worked in supply chain excellence of FMCG or related industries or Supply chain consulting.

Role Purpose :

- Coordinate with different BDF factories to track and refine BDF Manufacturing Excellence Programs

- Support the Global Head of Manex in development and deployment of Manufacturing Standards to meet best in class performance across key metrics of Safety, Quality, Reliability & Productivity

- Support Global Manufacturing Digitalization team in development of CI functions in IT systems and testing, deploying and training key users in BDF factory sites

Key Responsibilities :

- Weekly / Monthly tracking and communicate key Factory Manufacturing Indices/dashboard for continuous improvement performance to Factory teams

- Support Factories in analyzing KPI's to generate insights (issues/opportunities) and recommend improvement opportunities

- Gathering and interpreting data from a range of sources, through modelling data and processes to identify and recommend solutions

- Lead or Co-Lead different factory CI virtual networks, share and apply best practices and appropriate methodologies for improvement recommendations

- Support Digital Academy, work closely with Global Manufacturing Digitalization team to build digital capabilities in factories

- A strong ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders

- Passion for people and ability to work collaboratively cross functionally
