Manager - Manufacturing Engineering - Automotive (7-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1) Development, plan & install facility for Inhouse Engine component machining (mainly Steel and Aluminum) for Motorcycle as per Project timelines.
2) End to End responsibility for Quality, Cost, Delivery of the Component.
3) Vendor support for capacity, quality for F & M components.
Technical/ Functional:
1) Process knowledge of Forging/Casting, machining of Integral crankshaft, camshaft & Gear manufacturing & inspection.
2) Grinding, Lapping, balancing process knowledge required.
3) Assembly / Testing knowledge is an advantage.
4) Zero based costing of components / Equipment- s
