Title: MD Manager
Reports To: Head of Management Development and Group Country Head HR (dotted)
Essential responsibilities and duties
Working hand-in-hand with executives, leadership development managers also seek to create programs that bolster some of the core attributes of leadership.
The main missions of the role are:
- Assessing various training and development options and making recommendations to Senior Management
- Aligning leadership training with an organization's overall business goals
- Preparing instructors for in-house training, working with outside vendors when outsourcing training
- Consistently evaluating training and development materials to ensure they are as up-to-date as possible
- Performs studies of management personnel and uses results to develop and implement appropriate training courses
- Succession Planning - Preparing organization's future leaders for their roles in the company.
- Contribute towards the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will have/be :
Minimum Education Level: Management Degree from a Top B School/IIM or Pedigree College
Experience:
2 to 6 years of professional experience in HR into Management Development role
