1. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of Instruments and control systems

2. Spares planning and procurement

3. Preparation and Compliance of effective department working standards & procedures in line with Organizations IMS systems requirements

4. To visit manufacturing locations for installation & commissioning of various equipment/ machines and their streamlining

5. To carry out the responsibilities of the planning and execution of instrumentation and control system maintenance activities in the Cuddlier PVC plant.

6. ESSENTIAL : Knowledge on DCS, PLC and SCADA systems

7. Knowledge on various Field instruments including analytical instruments; Knowledge on Foundation Field bus technology (FF)

8. Would be responsible for testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments like pressure,

9. To check CAPEX raised for various equipment, machines, utilities, infrastructure for a new project & existing units from HO & manufacturing location for technical & commercial terms

10. To work with Plant & HO on the budget for technical & plant up gradations to further improve on capacity & efficiencies

11. Introduce the latest innovations/trends in the beverage industry for concerned equipment/machines to further improve on efficiencies & GMPs

12. To support franchisees for various technical developments in the industry and to provide technical know-how on a new product or new SKU

13. To provide production support in case of new line commissioning to franchisees

14. To work out new cost-saving measures & energy management in technical operations, manufacturing & maintenance operations

15. Troubleshooting at plant level as and when required
