Manager - M&A - Gas Infrastructure Business (6-12 yrs)
M&A Manager for a Gas Infrastructure Development and Marketing Company founded in 2018 and backed by a Global Infrastructure Fund.
The right candidate would be involved in:
- Deal sourcing and vetting the new investment opportunities for the fund
- Lead the due diligence, valuation and preparation of investment memorandum for new investments
- Co-ordinate with various external advisors to seek focused assistance on deals
- Lead the negotiations and deal closure (presentation to investment committee, legal agreements)
- Monitoring of existing investments by regular visits to investee companies, understanding reasons for variation in actual performance against budgets, putting in place systems, etc
- Negotiation for exit from investee companies
