Manager - M&A/Due Diligence - BFSI/Consulting (8-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Analysis of company financial statements.
- Managing, leading and participating in due diligence engagements
- Performing ratio analysis, transaction, Business Modeling and valuation analysis.
- Identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal structuring or deal termination.
- Identifying post-acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash flow improvements.
Desired Profile :
- CA/MBA/PG Diploma (Fin) /CFA with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Statutory Audit.
- Excellent understanding of company, industry and economic research, financial statement, Financial Modeling and valuations.
- Good understanding of transactional / deal understanding in business integrations, performance improvement,
- Excellent understanding of transactions life cycle and M&A activities and products OR experience in the field of financial planning and analysis and statutory accounting
- Should have good exp in team management & client management
