- Professional required in creating loyalty programs for one of the big group leaders .
- Deliver on loyalty program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention of members
- Plan and execute different customer journeys in regards to the strategic target for each of the - segments defined.
- Managing segmentation, targeting and the build of personalization capabilities.
- Manage partner loyalty agency to drive significant improvements in key customer/business growth
- Lead development of new Credit Card Loyalty Partner Relationships
- Should leverage data and insights to plan customer experience roadmap.
- Design and Develop Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Program reports and decks
- Manage the launch and operational readiness of new partnership
