Job description
- Manage operations for Loyalty program and Trans-Connect
- For loyalty program and Trans-Connect ,day to day operations is very much critical to deliver a great customer experience
- The role will drive to manage Loyalty backend systems- Reports generation, Coordinate with Call Centre for service delivery , Resolving member related queries, Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders for timely closure of processes.
- Deploy member related communication
- Create User stories and conduct end-to-end system UAT for any development
- Monitor & Manage Vendor/Fulfilment partner/Call Centre related processes
- Generate Reports and Dashboards as and when required
- Manage Bill Payments to Vendor/Generate PO/PR in SAP
- Conducting RO Trainings & Manage SOP/training documents
- Resolve member related escalation with help of Digital team
- Preparation of understanding note & Completion of monthly Trans-Connect LMS cycle
