Job Profile:
1. Engage and retain customers by developing and implementing lifecycle programs based on their previous purchases, activity, and behavior.
2. Establish and manage a roadmap for new loyalty programs, rewards, features, and services that support business goals, ensure that programs succeed, and track their return on investment.
3. Create campaigns that work across all channels using Push Notifications, In-App Message Centers, Web Push Notifications, and SMS to increase App Traffic, App Buyer Growth, User Engagement, and Customer Loyalty.
4. Develop a monetization strategy for the loyalty program, which could include partnerships, subscription models, or other methods.
5. Enhance loyalty program(s) by developing a sustainable reward and tier strategy that enhances customer engagement and retention.
6. Maximize campaign effectiveness by collaborating with multi-channel teams.
7. Manage loyalty programs and marketing activities. Track retail and loyalty trends and analyze data to determine and anticipate shopping/visitation habits.
8. Overseeing all aspects of multichannel campaigns, including creation, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting.
9. Implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions by optimizing the customer journey.
10. Strengthening brand visibility among the right target audience. 1
11. Contribute to the development of the marketing event plan.
12. Customer lifecycle management including onboarding, acquisition, retention, and loyalty, while ensuring minimal spam. Research customer experience and suggest ways to improve it.
13. Reduce churn by understanding the drivers of it and driving initiatives that will reduce it.
14. Serve as "loyalty program expert", guiding best practices and fostering partnership with internal stakeholders such as Buyers, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and Senior Leadership team to ensure overall program support
Experience & Skills:
Essential: 4+ years' experience in Loyalty Marketing campaigns, and/or related field
Skills:
- Should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Should have a data-driven and result-orientated mindset
- Being a gamer will be an added advantage
