Manager - Logistics & Supply Planning

- Management of 3PL warehouse operations, import compliance, packaging, customs clearance, and regional transport operations

- Take responsibility for supply planning and inventory control and lead the forecasting process for India in collaboration with the India sales team and liaison with the global supply team

- Oversee the re-packaging of localized product in close coordination with the global team and ensure all local and global compliances and quality standards are met

- Monitor and review warehouse/transport KPI's ensuring performance standards are met and adhered to

- Lead the stock/billing/tracking automation process

- On an ongoing basis, optimize the total logistics process to drive efficiency and provide savings to the business

- EDI and automated processes for forecasting/billing

- Support the Strategic warehousing /manufacturing infrastructure Plan for MESA and India.
