Manager - Logistics - Medical Devices (10-15 yrs)
Client is one of the leading Medical Devices Company.
To act as key interface between sales team, distributors / Hospitals and 3PL service provider managing warehouse operations
- To ensure quality and regulatory compliance and company policies, guidelines and control Ex w/h distribution, warehouse operations, 3PL, transportation, logistics costs.
- Managing Inventories at warehouse to support internal, external customers and overall business growth.
- Responsible for improving Customer Experience, Target Service levels in conjunction with existing policies and effective distribution and logistics model.
- Coaching and guiding team members of regional headquarters for best performance.
- Lead and facilitate cross functional teams to support strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across the business units.
- Ensure Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and compliance as per FMC guidelines & other local regulatory requirements.
- Work with order management, distribution centers and third party logistics provider to support business objectives.
- Giving inputs in Negotiation and finalization of freight rates with appointed transporters.
