Manager - Logistics & Fulfillment - eCommerce Startup

One of the new age ecommerce startup is looking for Manager Logistics & fulfilment

- Managing overall Forward and Reverse Logistic Process

- Defining systems and processes to optimise delivery SLAs and costs

- Manage the operational and strategic requirements of the business with a strong focus on strategic and continuous improvement initiatives

- Manage relationships with 3P logistics partners and vendors

- Build, manage and continuously improve courier allocation guidelines

- Measure and report on all operational KPI's and taking effective action for improvements

- Set-up and manage 3P fulfilment centres for the platform

- Manage the logistics P/L

- Coordinate development of tech products with the product team in line with the business requirements

- Ownership of customer experience matrix in Forward and Reverse Logistics

Requirements : 

- Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline

- Experience in e-commerce logistics or logistics service provider

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

- Basic SQL Data Extraction skills

- Project/Program management experience

- Knowledge of ground courier operations
