Job Description : An opportunity to lead freight operations for a leading FMCG organisation
Client Details :
Our client is a leading global FMCG company in the food & beverage industry. They have a diverse product offering and are recognised as the pioneers in the segment they operate in. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Freight Operations Manager, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.
Description :
Reporting to the Supply Planning Lead, you will be responsible for :
- Designing and managing the end to end logistics network for PAN India market
- Driving cost optimisation for primary transportation freight spend
- Managing external transport vendors and stakeholders across factories, DCs and warehouses
- Building capabilities amongst the freight control tower team
Profile :
You will be an MBA- Premier B School with at least 3 years of experience in demand planning ideally in FMCG/Pharma Industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical towards his/her work.
