We are Looking for Logistic Manager with one of Leading eCommerce Industry in Delhi.

- Someone having experience in Courier service management both in Forward and Reverse Logistics

Key Relationships:

Reports to : AVP/VP Operations

Direct reports: . Managing a team of 40-50 people team across different cities currently. Need to scale it to 200 people team in next one year.

Major Responsibilities:

- Monitors performance metrics (KPIs) to understand service and efficiency trends across self deliveries and 3PL for both forward and reverse deliveries.

- Leads initiatives & execution of strategic plan for product delivery with the intent of customer satisfaction.

- Fully Accountable for Delivery time, RTO, Returns & drive strategic decisions to control.

- Prediction of critical delivery challenges during festival seasons or any peak period demand & take preventive actions.

- Interfaces with operations function & channel partners to minimize Returns & quality defects to customers.

- Create, lead and groom an accountable team of self deliveries in multiple cities.

- Supervise billing, COD collection and payouts to vendors

- Responsible for identifying cost/service impacts and making recommendations to support business initiatives and requirements.

Person's Specifications:

- Ideal candidate would be someone with at least 5 years in logistics functions at any top eCommerce companies.

- Should be highly analytical and knowledge of Excel should be top class.

- Engineering with a management education is preferred

- Exceptional customer (internal and external) delivery experience

- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics specialization from premier institutes
