Manager - Logistics - eCommerce

- Candidates from e-commerce and startups companies highly preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

- Handle first mile team (90% shipments to be dispatched in 24 hrs)

- Handle last mile team (90% first delivery attempt within SLA, 90% delivery on fake scans)

- Handle returns (90% dispatch within 2 days)

- Reduce overall shipping cost by 5% month on month

- Domain knowledge of B2C shipments of E-commerce (Must)

- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints

- Supervise, coach and train workforce

- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
