Areas of Expertise :

- Logistic service provider selection

- Logistic service provider evaluation

- Responsible for import and export documentation.

- Pre/post shipment docs to be provided to customers.

- Negotiation with clients and import/export forwarders.

- Daily MIS reporting.

- Verification of freight bills and to submit online application for export incentives.

- Tracking of shipments and follow up with customs for incentives.

- Maintain customer relationship by resolving problems of transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports material handling issues.
