Qualification : LLB/LLM

Responsibilities : 

- Litigation Management ( Drafting of pleadings/briefing to Lawyers/appearance in Courts/excellent communication - Oral/written)

- Drafting, vetting of Agreement of Lease, Deed of Lease, Leave and Licence

- Responsible for issues pertaining to the aforesaid including termination and revocation of the agreements.

- Drafting and vetting of RFQ and defining processes for the same.

- Handling legal issues pertaining to the aforesaid Franchisee/ Distributors/New Store openings

- Leasing - expertise too
