One of our leading BPO clients in Noida location is looking for Manager role who has strong work experience in Litigation and document Review with LLB Qualification.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation: Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 6 - 8 Years

Qualification: LLB

The responsibilities will involve the following:

- Managers typically have six or more years of document review experience and serve as project managers under the supervision of seniors (depending on project size, a Manager might be simultaneously assigned to more than one project).

- Managers have primary project management responsibilities around effort estimates, financial projections, communications with external stakeholders, construction of continuous learning workflows / dataset analysis, and play a significant role in staff management and leadership, performance metrics, quality, deadlines, and tracking to financial performance and efficiencies.

- Managers typically serve as the client-facing lead or co-lead on their projects, even as they are supervised by seniors, such as (depending on project size) an Sr. Manager, Associate-Director, Director, or SME.

- Leads one large or two small-to-medium projects effectively, without intensive oversight.

- Ability to manage a project in all other respects including staff management and leadership, performance metrics, quality, deadlines, tracking, and assurance with supervision from their seniors who serve as the client lead.

- Point person for the project team to spot/address/escalate issues that aren- t substantive (e.g. a workflow problem or suggestion; team related issues)

- Expected to innovate and improve upon document review processes and techniques.

SKILLS:

- Strong project management skills, including firm grasp of processes, metrics, and productivity-implications of project workflow.

- Strong client- and external party-facing skills: main point of contact with external representatives in connection with projects. Able to effectively gauge client needs even if not expressly stated.

- Highly responsive to the needs of both internal (including reporting managers, other project managers and team members) as well as external clients.

- Strong presentation and training skills; project-specific training is a core responsibility.

- Strong subject matter expertise displays significant ability to engage with the subject matter expert of the department's projects (Industries include: Financial, Intellectual Property etc.)

- Highly skilled in e-discovery platforms and relevant technology

- General knowledge of e-discovery platforms, including managing assignments, workflow (including the ability to suggest changes to workflow), understand platform abilities, limitations, metrics and reporting capabilities. Individuals who are equally proficient in a greater number of platforms should be rated more highly than those whose knowledge is limited to particular platforms.
