Opening for Manager (Health & Life) Insurance position based at Bangalore Location. The details are given below :

1) Minimum 6 to7 yrs experience in Life & Health Insurance

2) Track sales funnels, converted sales and revenues and plug the holes

3) Build, run and refine a grievance and complaint handling process in line with the regulatory and insurer's expectations

4) Build a - customer listening process - and deliver inputs to insurers, insurance business heads and other relevant internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience

5) Benchmark customer experience and processes with other internal categories as well as competition insurers

6) Work with data to help grow the business through interventions on product and technology

7) Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting from time to time

8) Experience of working with a highly skilled team across all functions

9) Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively

10) Strong analytical acumen and problem solving

11) Demonstrate deep understanding of insurance business

12) Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals

13) Be skilled in building and managing business alliances

14) Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
