Manager - Legal Treasury (Borrowing Transaction) - BFSI - Mumbai

- Law Gradate with 2+ years of experience in the legal team of law firms, banks, financial services & Hands on experience in borrowing transactions is absolutely necessary.

- This position will be directly involved with the Treasury Team within the organization.

- The role would require providing advice and negotiating all financial related documents with banks and other financial institutions.

- The role will also include advising the company on its statutory obligations and negotiating complex borrowing transactions.
