Manager - Legal (Trade Mark & Data Protection)

- The incumbent should be a LLB from premiere institute with experience in Trade Marks, IP, Data Protection and Contracts in a Consumer Durable / FMCG / Pharma Company.

- Should be currently working in a large / mid size Manufacturing Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Contract documentation, legal drafting, vetting and over all legal support for all departments

- Writing opinions on Legal matters pertaining to Trademarks, Design and Copyrights

- Drafting Statement of Oppositions and Counterstatements for Trademark Oppositions

- Filing Trademark Applications and knowledge of trademark prosecution

- Handling Trademark & Design Enforcement Proceedings inside and outside of India

- Responsible for data processing, data subject's rights, data protection by design and by default, maintaining records of processing activities, security of processing, and notification and communication of data breaches.

- Filing Copyright Applications
