DOCUMENTATION : - To Draft &amp; Vet various legal documents like Power of Attorney, letter of authority, Leave and License Agreement, Distribution Agreement, Addendum to the main Agreement, and such other agreements and MOUs. 2. Liasioning with lenders for Drafting Documents for avaulment of Loans, Security Creation 3. Understanding of FEMA, Understanding of procedure for setting up subsidiary Company in oversea country, remittance of funds,. Agreement Drafting of Agreement with Dealers, both local and oversea. 4. Understanding of Banking regulation acts. 5. Legal Matters pertaining to Employees and other associates. 6. Good contacts with the advocates, legal counsel 7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE : - To handle all secretarial compliances under the Companies Act - To handle compliances under the Listing Agreement &amp; SEBI guidelines - To comply with RBI and FEMA regulations with respect to foreign investments under automatic route and non- banking financial companies (NBFCs) for overseas wholly owned subsidiary - Manage relations with RTA - Understanding of Companies Act and various other laws - Maintaining Minutes of the Meeting - Drafting and Passing of Resolutions - Compliance with Listing agreement, stock exchange requirement. 9. INVESTOR RELATIONS : - Manage investor relations and handle shareholder queries
