Job Title : Manager/ Sr. Manager Legal
Experience (in Years) : 8-12 Years - Legal
Location (City) : Shipra Mall
Reporting To : GM Legal
Job Description :
- Experience working with reputed corporates in the Real Estate/ Retail Industry
- Expertise in Commercial Leasing Transactions
- Sound Drafting, Vetting, and Negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge of commercial properties/ Retail Malls operations and management
- Ability to lead, follow up, co-ordinate & close transactions
- Excellent Communication Skills and excellent command of the English language
- Ability to Work Odd Hours if required
Skill set requirement :
- Excellent knowledge of Real Estate laws
- Excellent knowledge of Court procedures
- Excellent Knowledge of Contract Law, Transfer of Property Act, Easements Act, Apartment Ownership Act etc.
- Excellent knowledge of laws applicable in UP.
Qualification & Experience :
- Candidates from well-known Real Estate Groups such as Bharti Realty, Emaar, Godrej, Tata Realty, Oberoi, DLF (past experience not currently working)
- LLB from top Law colleges
- Personal Traits & Competencies
- Able to work independently
- Self-motivated
Travel :
- Open to Travel and commute between Delhi/ Gurgaon office.
Expected CTC : 15-22 Lac per annum
