Manager - Legal - Real Estate - LLB (5-9 yrs)
For our client in Real Estate:
We are looking for a Legal Manager for a reputed Real Estate company dealing in commercial real estate. This role is for their Delhi office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle legal matter of the company, Litigation, Legal Documentation, Notices, letter & agreement and contracts
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's interests are safeguarded
- Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution. Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input
- Prepares contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations
Desired:
- 5-8 years of experience
- Degree in Law
- Experience in Real Estate mandatory
