Manager - Legal - Real Estate

We currently are looking for a Legal professional for a Top Real Estate Company, to drive the entire leasing process. The incumbent would be responsible for

- Drafting documents which include Agreements to lease, Lease Deeds etc

- Leading the negotiations with clients, and their advocates in consultation with a senior legal team member.

- Reviewing drafts and negotiating changes with clients and finalizing documents

- Devising innovative solutions to resolve issues that get deadlocked with clients

- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

- Interacting with clients for negotiating and closure of the documentation
