JD: Real Estate Lawyer 1. Require a candidate with strong understanding of real estate laws including RERA, Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and all laws applicable with respect to land acquisitions particularly in Maharashtra. 2. Able to do scrutiny of title of land and due diligence 3. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for various documents for the purchase of land, conveyance deed, Agreement for Sale, POA, sale / lease of land to B2B customers, such as; application, MOU, allotment letter, Agreements, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Declaration, Indemnity etc. 4. Interaction and co-ordination with advocates and solicitors for managing due diligence vetting of term sheets, agreements, lease deeds etc., and closure of the same. 5. Co-ordination with registration department in getting the documents vetted and duly registered. 6. Co-ordination with banks/financial institutions in security creation for availing financial facility, registration of mortgages, discharges etc. 7. Approval of marketing collateral and drafting replies to customer complaints. 8. Drafting and vetting of various correspondences with contractors and suppliers etc., 9. Understanding of project and corporate compliance. 10. Providing updates on statutory changes having a bearing on the company's business. 11. Drafting legal notices and handling the litigation. 12. Candidate should have transactional experience in Real Estate 13. Candidate should have knowledge of Marathi language
