Must have - Legal , statutory compliance, Contract Negotiations,
Responsibility :
- Assist and support Legal Compliance head in advising the management on various contracts, legal; secretarial matters.
- Provide legal support to all functions.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with various laws as may be applicable.
- Assisting the Legal Compliance head in conducting statutory compliance audits.
- Should be capable of handling litigation-related matters co-ordinating with external consultants.
- Should have knowledge of drafting and vetting of contracts.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should have knowledge of Contract negotiations
