Manager - Legal - Private Equity - LLB

- Strong experience in the private equity / venture capital / acquisition

- Structuring the transaction

- Drafting & documentation (Termsheet, investment agreement, share purchase agreement etc.)

- Due diligence

- Drafting / vetting various agreements / documents

- Handling / co-ordinating the transaction end to end till closure

Qualification :

- LLB from reputed law school

- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling PE/VC transactions
