Manager - Legal - Power & Energy Business (5-10 yrs)
- Handle Contract drafting, vetting and Negotiations pertaining to NDA, Sale-purchase Agreements, ATS, Sale deed, Long Term Lease, Conveyance deed; Supply Agreements, Financial documents, Tender - Bid evaluation, Bank Guarantees, etc.
- Facilitating acquisition of land by Registration and mutation of land documents.
- Conducting due diligence on the title of the property; Attending public hearings, wherever applicable; Assisting the Land Acquisition (LAQ) / Right of Use (RoU), ROW, Co-ordination before various Revenue Courts / Revenue Authorities and filing necessary applications and providing all legal support as and when required.
- Legal opinions on general business matters of the Company,
- To handle litigation before Revenue, Civil, District and High Courts and co-ordinate with external law firms for Litigation management.
- Legal MIS and to keep an eye on Legal development and to the related business of the company and keep the company sensitised as to the same.
- Legal & statutory compliance.
- Any other work as would be assigned by the Group Head
