A leading MNC client of ours is looking for a Legal and Compliance Manager role. We are looking for candidates SPECIFICALLY from FMCG and Pharma companies only, for this role. Candidates with the following experience are preferred for this role: - Litigation and regulatory compliances under Food Laws (FSSAI), and Drugs and Cosmetics Laws - Legal Compliance Management (All Laws related to Factory, Warehouse, Distributor etc.) - Intellectual Property Laws (Trademark filing and Oppositions) - Competition, Media and Entertainment Laws - Brand Protection and Enforcement. - Civil and Consumer Laws - Criminal Laws. - Environmental Laws - Arbitration Laws and Practice The role would also be responsible for managing the following: - Drafting business agreements, litigation management, legal compliance/due diligence - Managing all regulatory issues, IPR protection & management, - Supporting corporate & financial restructuring, corporate governance compliance, issue of securities, etc. - Supporting finance team in recovering the account receivables / long pending out-standings with effective legal tools and team in order to improve the efficiency of collections - Responsible or all commercial contract management - Responsible for all vendor contracts - Responsible for all legal issues related to product recall, disputes etc - Responsible for all IPR related matters for E-Commerce - This would be an individual contributor role, based in Delhi/ Gurgaon.
