Manager - Legal - Pharma - CS & LLB

We are looking candidates for Manager Legal at Mumbai.

Company Industry : Pharma

Experience : 7+ years

Qualification : CS & LLB

Job Responsibility:

- Negotiating, Drafting and Finalizing of contracts with Vendors, Suppliers, Customers and Banks.

- Liaise with Corporate on material legal and commercial matters as per company policy.

- Coordinate with Finance and Sales Team to arrive at an understanding with other parties.

- Coordination with respective division of the Company to finalize the commercial understandings

- Reply to Notices from various authorities

- Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written

- Should have the below competencies

- Good working knowledge of legal and commercial function

- Strong Negotiation Skill

- Risk Taking

- Influencing Others

- Self Motivated and independent worker.

- Communication skills, assertiveness and business acumen.

Threshold Requirement in the Job role ( additional but not mandatory)

- Understanding of Pharma industry

Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year

- Accuracy in drafting the commercial agreements

- Acting as business partner to BD
