Manager - Legal - Pharma

LLB with atleast 5/7 years experience, preferably in the pharma company.

- However what we are looking is a candidate having experience in drafting, vetting, finalizing agreements. He need not have much experience in litigation

- The agreements that the legal manager would be required to finalized are as follows :

- Agreement to sell and purchase property

- Development and licensing agreement

- Marketing and Supply Agreement

- Master service agreement

- Agreement with CMO/CDO

- The legal manager will have to liaise with the lawyers of external parties for finalizing the agreement

- The legal manager will have to ensure that agreements required by various internal departments of the company in a timely manner

- The legal manager will also have to formulate and coordinate data about legal compliance by the company

- The legal manager will have to liaise with outside legal consultants in case of any litigation matter
