Manager - Legal - Oil & Gas/EPC Firm

- As an overall company practice, the employment with on Direct Contract basis with our clients for 3 years & renewable after that based on performance.

Job Description :

- Responsible for handling end to end litigation process

- Drafting, vetting & negotiation of various Agreements related to business activities of the Company including EPC tenders, O&M contract, Services contracts, & such other documents.

- Responsible for legal compliance management system of the company and ensuring effectiveness of the same.

- Standardization of Tenders & Other Documents on the basis of inputs received from the user departments

Candidate Profile :

- 5 years Law Degree from National Law University/ MBL from National Law College or 3 year LLB from any recognized university along with LL.M/Master in Business Law (MBL) from any recognized university/national law universities.

- Must have 8-13 years relevant experience in reputed, large organisations
