Manager - Legal - NBFC

Ensure complete compliance of legal and compliance standards and procedures throughout the organization.

Draft and review legal documents like MOUs, Agreements, POAs, Plaints, Complaints, Written Statements, Counter Claims, Replies, Rejoinder, Affidavits, etc.

Review any agreement, contract,RFP's and RFQ's with external stakeholders with the view of safeguarding legal interests and mitigating any future risks.

Providing support for contractual and legal evaluation of RFP and RFQ documents, tender inquiries and other legal terms and conditions.

Reviewing and handling litigation under civil, criminal and commercial laws on behalf of the organization as well as representing the organization in Arbitration matters.

Co-coordinating with solicitors and counsel on pending litigation and important business matters and to engage appropriate advocates/counsels for legal matters of the organization.

Working closely with different business units to provide necessary clarifications on legal language or specifications as required.

Managing all real estate and property related matters for the organization.
