You will be responsible for: - providing legal documentation - drafting, vetting, negotiating, preparation, and finalization of various agreements pertaining to various departments of the company as contract lead Manager. - due diligence from a legal perspective. - providing Legal updates in the relation to the law applicable to the concerned person. Information on law &amp; providing documents for applying for various Licenses Your Profile - You are a qualified law graduate. (LLM/LLB) - You have work experience of 8 to 10 years. - You have experience working on contract drafting and negotiation. - You have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Business and report writing, presentation skills. - You have sound knowledge of General Laws, Corporate Laws, Companies Act, SEBI, ICDR Regulations, E-commerce, IP, Data, and other related Laws.
