Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Oversee delivery of legal and compliance services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities; 2. Provide legal support and advice to senior management; 3. Draft, review and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, which includes third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, transaction - related agreements, banking agreements etc. 4. Preparation of documents including updating templates, simple drafting, reviewing and editing in accordance to the law; 5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the agreement reviewing, negotiating, drafting as well as disputes arising out of contractual and commercial relationships; 6. Manage and maintain company policies, procedures and standards related to legal and compliance matters. 7. Provide time - sensitive support on a wide array of legal and compliance enquiries in all operational aspects; 8. Identify and consult on legal and compliance risks in connection with the company's development; 9. Handle insurance claims; Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Bachelor's in Law - LLB from a recognized University 2. Bar Qualification (Good to Have) 3. PQE - 5 to 8 years in commercial/contractual positions (preferred corporate Law) 4. Self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced dynamic and high-pressured environment 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal English language skills. 6. Ability to multi-task efficiently, manage complex process, prioritize and manage competing deadlines whilst maintaining a strong quality of work 7. Proficient in MS Office
