Manager - Legal - LLB - Manufacturing (5-6 yrs)

The Role :

- Providing a comprehensive in-house legal support;

- Efficient and having sound knowledge of drafting, vetting and negotiating all types of Agreements (both with Indian residents and foreign residents) domestic and including MOUs, term sheets, affidavits, a power of attorneys, PO, tender documents etc.;

- Fundamentally clear & with sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, Contract Laws, Industrial Laws, Foreign

Exchange laws and tax laws;

- Experience in handling and advising on legal issues pertaining to Operations, Finance, Administration and channel partners;

- Knowledge of procedural aspects of various stages of court cases, Arbitration(s), etc.;

- Liaison with various internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, Law Firms, Lawyers, Counsel, Consultants, advisors, statutory authorities for legal issues;

- Controlling documents, registers, reports and returns as per Companies Act and other Statutory Acts; ensuring compliance with corporate governance;

- Rendering assistance on queries raised by various business units relating to Agreements and other such correspondences;

- Advise and update senior management on all legal matters.

Preferred Skills :

- Fluent in Microsoft Word / Excel.

- Good communication with English writing skills.

Skills :

- LLB (preferred with CS)

- Up to 5 years of relevant experience.

- Pleasing personality and body language.

- Exposure to organized corporate work culture on teamwork & processes.
