Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM (8-12 yrs)
1. Handling all corporate legal procedures including:
- Compliance issues
- In house counsel
- SAT/NCLT/High court matters
2. Liaoning with lawyer and government authorities for legal matters
3. Draft/vet all agreements and regulate the deals in an organized manner
4. Create an organizational approach towards legal matters
5. Assist managers and guarantee compliance guidelines and controls
6. Represent the company in legal proceedings, if and when arises
7. Execute necessary precautions and measures with a specific end goal to shield the organization from any legal risks
8. Implementing Legal Contract Management software
1. Proven experience as a Corporate Attorney, Corporate Lawyer, Legal Counsel or similar position
2. Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Outstanding drafting skills
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Strong negotiation skills
7. Ability to work individually
